## Electrical EngineerEverett, WA, United StatesJob ID9682CompanyFluke**Description**: As a Test Engineer with Fluke Electronics, you will be tasked with analyzing, developing, implementing, and maintaining methods, manufacturing operation sequences, specifications, and equipment requirements for calibration/test of new and existing products. You will be a major contributor to and owner of key performance indicators in Operations, including: 5S/Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity. You will be empowered to make decisions, drive improvements, and have plenty of opportunities for career growth.**Responsibilities:*** Support, maintain and improve test systems throughout the factory.* Drive quality through internal and external root cause countermeasure of failures.* Develop and implement lean manufacturing practices to drive internal and external metrics (quality, cost, innovation).* Identify and drive cost saving opportunities through redesign and supplier relationships.* Advise design engineering of existing production capabilities, equipment, facilities and standard practices to contribute to the development of new designs.* Specify all hardware requirements for tests systems.* Troubleshoot and maintain electrical I/O, communication boards for various stations.* Implement design changes for existing stations as per product requirements.* Validate test stations using software and hardware.* Provide technical assistance for hardware and software debugging.* Review test results and analyze test data from database and improve yields.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or higher from an ABET accredited institution with a minimum of 5 years of related engineering experience.* Good understanding of analog and digital based circuitry, RF knowledge is a plus.
