Position: MS/Tele RN

Location: 2605 North Lebanon Street Lebanon, IN 46052

Contract: 13 weeks

Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) Every other weekend (REQUIRED); Must be willing to work holidays

Job Qualifications

•Minimum 1 year Tele and Ambulatory RN Experience (REQUIRED) Med-Surg Experience (PREFERRED)

•Active IN State License (REQUIRED)

•CPR, ACLS, BCLS, PALS (REQUIRED)

•COVID Vaccination REQUIRED- Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

•Flu Vaccine REQUIRED- Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
