Job description

Our 100% employee-owned company seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse.
Multiple shifts available with primary needs on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Sign on Bonus - $22,500 for full-time paid across first three years of employment. Prorated for part-time.
RNs at our facility are responsible for the holistic oversight of resident health, leading the interdisciplinary care teams, and managing complex clinical cases. You will serve as the primary clinical point of contact for physicians and families, ensuring that every resident under your care has a comprehensive and evolving plan of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform clinical assessments and identify subtle changes in resident conditions that require immediate intervention.
  • Act as the ranking clinical authority on the unit, providing mentorship and direction to LPNs and CNA staff.
  • Participate in Care Planning and MDS clinical reviews.
  • Manage high-acuity tasks including PICC line care, TPN administration, and wound management.
  • Ensure the unit remains in compliance with Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Valid Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner.
