Responsibilities and Role

  • Cold Calling & Networking: Use direct methods (in-person, phone, email) and indirect methods (networking) to engage prospective customers within targeted verticals
  • Lead Generation: Identify and create high-quality leads, building a solid customer target list
  • Sales Funnel Management: Develop and maintain a robust business portfolio, continuously filling the sales funnel from start to finish
  • Presentations: Conduct weekly in-person and virtual pitch presentations to potential new customers
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales performance, consistently exceeding daily/weekly/monthly pipeline build activities and quotas
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with teammates to build strong camaraderie and teamwork

Candidate Competencies

  • 3+ years of sales experience value selling in a B2B environment 
  • Strong background in field sales and direct customer interactions 
  • Passionate for sales, you love identifying, selling, and closing deals
  • Highly motivated, persuasive, persistent and resilient 
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and confident
  • Enthusiastic about our product, company, customers and mission 
  • Ability to pitch both virtually and in-person, and are willing to travel locally by car as needed
  • Strong utilization and understanding of CRM systems i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.

Compensation: This is a full-time, salaried position with competitive compensation. On Target Earnings / OTE of $110K+ annually (base salary and lucrative commission), as well as a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, F.S.A., 401(k)), partially paid parental leave policy, and Paid Time Off. 

Please note this is not a fully remote position, you must live in or near the posted territory.
