Flourish Counsel Connect is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our innovative team in Saint Petersburg, Florida. You will be part of a dedicated, multidisciplinary treatment team that includes physicians, nurses, and behavioral health professionals. Our remote operational infrastructure supports seamless communication and efficient care delivery, ensuring that you remain connected and supported as you work from your own space.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using standardized tools to identify needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual scenarios.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with the treatment team by participating in regular case reviews and contributing insights to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying current with best practices and emerging research in mental health and social work.

The LCSW will primarily focus on patients in a detox setting, many of whom are experiencing significant mental health challenges, including substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression. This role requires sensitivity and expertise in managing complex, co-occurring conditions, and emphasizes the importance of providing compassionate care and evidence-based support.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active LCSW license in the state of Florida is mandatory.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and problem-solving skills, essential for effective collaboration within the treatment team.
• A strong commitment to ethical practices and maintaining client confidentiality.

While not required, experience in a detox, rehabilitation, or mental health setting is preferred. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth modalities can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
