Description

Light's Welding, a division of GSM Industrial, is seeking an experienced Millwright or Millwright Foreman to join our growing team in Annville, PA. 


If you've built your career installing, maintaining and troubleshooting conveyors, bucket elevators, drag conveyors, screw conveyors, structural steel, and processing equipment in feed mills, grain facilities, flour mills, fertilizer plants, or similar industrial environments, we'd like to talk. Crew lead and foreman candidates are especially encouraged to apply. 

This position is designated as safety-sensitive and includes operating vehicles, forklifts, aerial lifts, welding equipment, power tools, and working around industrial machinery. Candidates must be able to perform these duties safely and in compliance with company safety standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working in feed mills, flour mills, grain handling facilities, fertilizer facilities, agricultural processing plants, or similar industrial environments
  • Experience with conveyors, material handling systems, and industrial equipment installations
  • Basic welding and fabrication experience 
  • Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills 
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to safely operate vehicles up to 26,000 lbs. combined weight.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights, in confined spaces, and in industrial environments
  • Foreman or crew leadership experience is a plus
