- The ability to work through change & be able to be flexible all while keeping a close eye on what's cooking!
- The schedule availability to work mid-morning to early evenings - Baking shifts start around 10:30am - 6 pm & a shift on Sunday (when the store is closed) from 6am - 2 pm.
A successful Baker at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe need to be qualified with:
- Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards.
- Formal baking/pastry education is a bonus; however, it isn't a requirement for this position.
- Must be 18 years old or older to be qualified for this position.
