The Basics

Location: Coffeyville, KS

Compensation: $17.00/hr and up

Days/Hours: This job will be mostly day hours, with some overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed.

What you’ll be doing:

The duties of this hands-on job will include cleaning inside the bulk flour rail cars, sweeping and vacuuming floors, cleaning multiple areas of the plant, trash collections and removal, and assisting with routine facility maintenance. Flour Mill Sanitation Specialists will be cross trained to perform a variety of tasks. You are responsible for food safety.

Requirements to be successful in this position:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation
  • For safety reasons, must be able to read, write, understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English
  • Available to work overtime and weekends
  • Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)
  • Able to pass a criminal background check
