POSITION: Warehouse Supply Lead


REPORTS TO: Warehouse Supervisor


Position Summary:

Must ensure efficient production and compliance with all company quality, safety, and good manufacturing practices policies and procedures.


Essential Functions

Responsible for placing and directing of inventory.

• Ensure that inventory is rotated by FIFO.

• Ensure that warehouse is organized, neat and clean.

• Work together to ensure product and materials received are accurate and arrive in a timely manner.

• Review and report any discrepancies to appropriate Supervisor.

• Assist with inbound, outbound, and internal shipments to ensure items are correct and handled in a timely manner.

* Assist with Inventory Verifications.

• Work with FLOs to ensure that all production lines are supplied with packaging and mixing materials.

• Communicate daily needs to other warehouses by running necessary shortage reports and requesting inventory.

• Ensure warehouse is always in audit ready condition with respect to housekeeping.

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Education/Experience)

• 2 years continual minimum job-related experience.

• Strong computer skills including knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office and preferably SAP experience.

• Food Safety, PCQI, HACCP Certification or acceptable experience recommended.
