Account Relationship Manager - New England Territory
Location: Remote (MA, RI, NH, ME, CT)
Travel: Up to 75%

Overview
BloomNet is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Relationship Manager (ARM) to support and grow our network of florists across the New England region. This is a field-based role ideal for someone who thrives on building strong partnerships, delivering value-driven solutions, and managing a dynamic territory.
As an ARM, you will serve as a trusted advisor to your customers-helping florists maximize their business through BloomNet's products, services, and programs while driving long-term customer success and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with florists across your assigned territory
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings to educate customers on BloomNet offerings and drive engagement
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and contract execution
  • Develop and execute a structured follow-up strategy to increase customer retention and program adoption
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive incremental revenue
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to position BloomNet effectively
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage pipelines, track activity, and report performance metrics
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, and product teams to support client success
  • Represent BloomNet at trade shows, industry events, and local market visits
  • Share insights and best practices to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in outside sales or account management

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
