Charge Nurse Med Surge  $15,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Shift: Full Time, Nights 7am-7pm

Department/Unit Summary 
Join our team in a 34 room Medical Surgical unit, located on the 3rd floor, where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of RNs, LPNs, CMAs and CNAs. With a 1:5 to 1:6 nurse to patient ratio, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications and requirements 
-    License/Education: Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school. 
-    Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required up on hire. CLS and PALS are required within six months of hire. 
-    Experience: 3 years experience required. Med Surg/Telemetry experience preferred.
