Specific duties and responsibilities:
  • Quick and knowledgeable floral designer trained in all aspects of floral design
  • Ability to take clients vision and create stunning floral designs
  • Knowledgeable on flower costs and trends
  • Assists in daily processing of flowers and everyday shop maintenance
  • Works with cash and credit card purchases accurately in a sales environment using designated equipment and technologies.
  • Attends and participates in training sessions, staff meetings and special events or assignments.
  • Must be able to work more hours during holidays and peak times
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • 3+ years experience
  • New Jersey driver's license with clean driving record
  • Experience in creating event, wedding and daily orders
