We love to create full floral designs with big blooms, bright color, and individual character, resulting in events that feel fresh, inviting, and memorable. Our goal is to give our guests an experience they'll never forget.
Job Description
We are looking to hire a creative floral designer to create and present standard and customized floral arrangements to customers. The floral designer's responsibilities include:
  • Preparing flowers and arrangements following recipes for weddings, special events. Including corsages, centerpieces, boutonnieres, bouquets, etc.
  • Fulfilling orders, checking supplies, unpacking stock.
  • Top performers will also be leading a crew on-site at weddings/events.
  • Strike of events.
  • Decorate or supervise the decoration of buildings, halls, churches, or other facilities for parties, weddings and other occasions.
  • Be able to participate in various activities including reading and implementing design boards,
  • Knowledge of floral types,
  • Ability to stand on feet 8-12 hours at a time.
  • While maintaining workspace cleanliness.
  • Ultimately, an exceptional floral designer should be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills, work well with others and ensure that ordered floral arrangements are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
