Status: Non-Exempt
Join our team at Broulim's as a Floral! We're seeking a creative and customer-focused individual to oversee our floral department and provide exceptional service to our customers. If you have a passion for flowers and enjoy creating beautiful arrangements, apply now!
Job Summary: As a Floral at Broulim's, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the floral department, including ordering flowers, designing arrangements, and assisting customers with their floral needs. You will work closely with the store management team to ensure the department meets sales targets and delivers outstanding customer service.
Examples of Duties:
  • Create visually appealing floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, birthdays, and holidays.

  • Order flowers and floral supplies from vendors and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.

  • Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, and other containers according to customer preferences and design standards.

  • Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers in selecting flowers, plants, and accessories for their needs.

  • Keep the floral department clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times, including maintaining proper storage and handling of flowers.

  • Monitor sales trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and promotions.
