Lily Palmer is a modern floral gift brand redefining what flowers mean in travel spaces. From luxury bouquets to stylish grab-and-go gifts, we’re bringing beauty and blooms to airports and beyond. Now hiring enthusiastic sales associates to help us grow!
Job Description: 
  • Greet travelers and customers with warmth and energy.
  • Assist customers in selecting floral arrangements and gifts.
  • Share product knowledge and upsell seasonal specials.
  • Keep the store looking beautiful and well-stocked.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system and process cash and credit transactions.
  • Assist with light floral prepping and gift wrapping (we'll train you!).
  • Maintain cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and display standards.

  • Outgoing, engaging, and dependable team players.
  • Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for shifts and work in a fast-paced setting.
