About This Role

We're seeking skilled Hardwood Flooring Subcontractor Installers to join our team at MDG Flooring America – Kiba Studios. With expertise in hardwood installation methods, including glue down/full spread and staple down applications, the ideal candidate delivers top-notch craftsmanship and maintains a spotless job site. Please note that sanding and finishing are not required for this role. Our locations in Medina, North Olmsted, and Akron will require occasional travel. Subcontractors are paid by piece work (rate varies by project type and scope).
