Concrete/Epoxy Finisher (Traveling job)


Simon Surfaces is looking for employees with great work-ethic and drive to join our organization. We specialize in concrete repairs, gas island restorations and epoxy installations all over the US.

What you will do:

  • Assist the job foreman installing, repairing, or coating concrete areas.
  • Be able to lift to 50 lbs. frequently throughout the day.
  • Prepare surfaces for installation.
  • Mix products to make repairs or installations.
  • Operate power tools and equipment.
  • Carry materials and equipment.
  • Clean and maintain equipment and area.
  • Hands on epoxy flooring work and repairs, and other varying concrete/trowel down systems.
  • MUST be willing and able to work with epoxy products.

What you will need:

  • 1+ year(s) of concrete/epoxy finishing experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MUST be able to be cleared to drive a company vehicle).
  • Must be willing to travel up to 80% of the time when local work is not available (4 weeks consecutively).
  • When local work is available, be able to get to and from the jobsites on a daily basis (within a 60-mile radius of Youngstown, Ohio).
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to endure extreme outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through written correspondence and verbally in English.

  • Starting pay of $18.00- $20.00 per hour. LOTS of work & Overtime Available.
