Job description

We are seeking an Inside Retail Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. Flooring sales experience preferable.

Example: carpet, tile, hardwood, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and identify customer needs
  • Explain products and services to customers
  • Enter and process customer orders
  • Follow through with customer orders from inception to completion

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
