Requirements

Requirements for the Sales Consultant


  • Flexible work hours to include weekends
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for In-Home visits
  • Proficient with RFMS flooring software
  • Personally well-organized
  • Self-starter
  • Passion and/or experience decorating or designing
  • Retail sales experience a plus
  • College degree a plus, but not required

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in RFMS sales software, experience in flooring sales, and knowledge of decorating or designing would be a valuable asset in this role.
