What jobs pay 4000 a week without a degree?

A floor grinder operator can earn around $4,000 a week with experience, especially in commercial or industrial settings where specialized skills and safety certifications are required. High-paying skilled trades like construction supervisors, elevator installers, or certain union-based roles may also reach this income level without a college degree, often requiring apprenticeships and on-the-job training.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Floor Grinder, and why are they important?
