About the role
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will support the Property Manager in the daily operations and management of the property, including but not limited to addressing tenant inquiries, conducting tours, preparing leases, collecting rent, enforcing lease terms, and assisting in the training and mentorship of leasing staff.
What you'll do
  • Assist the Property Manager in daily operations and management of assigned residential properties
  • Handle tenant inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants
  • Process applications, conduct background checks, and verify income eligibility
  • Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately
  • Collect rent payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues
