A Floating Leader is responsible for directing an efficient workflow and assisting the regional manager in a variety of store operational duties. This position will serve as a role model for all barista responsibilities and will also serve as a team leader in each store. There is never a dull moment in this ever evolving role.

- Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
- Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve food and beverages
- Cash handling and drawer reconciliation
- Clean, sanitize and maintain the store
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed
- Stay up-to-date with personalized online training
- Consistent communication with Baristas, Store Manager and Regional Manager
- Assist store manager or regional manager with goals and performance expectations
- Understanding and training in store manager duties included but not limited to: deposits, scheduling, inventory and orders, staff interviews, performance reviews and growth
- Additional duties as assigned
- Travel between stores: up to 2 hours one way
