Job description

True Rest Float Spa Stone Oak in San Antonio, TX is looking for five service oriented Float Consultants to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and make them feel at home
  • Answer any questions they may have
  • Assist clients in preparing for their floats
  • Clean our spa and pod rooms as needed to maintain a soothing environment
  • Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

The True REST Float Consultant represents not only the individual spa location, but also the quality and standards of the entire brand. Daily interactions with the Float Consultant shape the way in which clients and community view flotation therapy - and our company.

The Float Consultant must be experts in flotation therapy – able to spread awareness and education. They must be “Brand Champions!” In addition to accepting the responsibility of dual stewardship (individually for the specific float spa AND globally for the True REST brand) they must demonstrate exceptional service in all areas of client care. The True REST Float Consultant is responsible for the entirety of the business operations during each shift they work. (Operations and Facility)
