Job description

Who We Are
City Cave is a wellness sanctuary focused on three modalities: float therapy, infrared sauna, and therapeutic massage. We're a small, carefully run space in the heart of Southlake built for clients who take their wellness seriously. Our float pools are open-design (no enclosed pods), our sauna suites are private, and our massage rooms are designed for quiet, focused therapeutic work. We've been open 7 months and we're growing a loyal client base. We want therapists who want to grow with us, not just fill a chair.
What You'll Do
  • Deliver 50- and 80-minute therapeutic massage sessions across modalities including Swedish and deep tissue
  • Conduct brief client intake conversations to understand goals, health history, and preferences
  • Maintain your massage room between sessions
  • Communicate with front-of-house staff on client notes and session summaries
  • Bring your full professional skill and care to every session — our clients are here for a reason
What Makes Us Different
  • Compensation: $42-66 per session, plus enhancement commissions, plus 100% gratuities
  • Client base: affluent, wellness-educated Southlake (and surrounding areas) clientele
  • Your role: no front desk, no laundry. You focus on building relationships with your clients.
  • Wellness perks: you receive one complimentary float session and two complimentary sauna sessions per month
What We're Looking For
  • Active Texas LMT license in good standing
  • Minimum 1 year of professional massage experience (new grads with strong training considered)
  • Genuine interest in the wellness and recovery space — our clients often combine massage with float or sauna
  • Professional, warm, and reliable — our clients book specific therapists and trust is everything
  • Availability for at least 2–3 shifts per week (flexible on days)
