As an Aesthetic Care Concierge (ACC), you are the heart of our premier medical spa locations in Seattle, Kirkland, and Edmonds. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure patients receive an exceptional experience from initial consultation through follow-up.
  • Promote services through strategic patient outreach and follow-up to enhance engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Leverage expert knowledge to provide value-driven recommendations that optimize patient outcomes and practice performance.
  • Optimize scheduling to ensure efficient and timely coordination of appointments, consultations, and treatments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including consultations, sales, and follow-up communications.
  • Facilitate seamless coordination between clinical teams and patients for a consistent patient journey.
  • Uphold an orderly and well-kept space, enhancing the patient's experience throughout the med spa.

  • Flexibility to float to our Edmonds and/ or Kirkland locations based on clinic needs.

EXPERIENCE:
  • Previous medical experience working in aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, or cosmetic dermatology preferred.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
  • Strong background in patient education and customer service, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Strong business acumen and superior organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and procedures is highly preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Flexible availability 40 hours/ week, Saturday's required
