We are seeking a Wellness Advisor (Guest Experience & Sales) to become the welcoming face of our spa and guide guests toward building a consistent wellness routine through Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and Massage.
We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions, with opportunities for growth, performance-based earnings, and a strong team culture.
This role blends guest experience with wellness guidance in a premium spa environment, where every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, create a memorable experience, and support guests in prioritizing their wellbeing.
What Youll Do Welcome guests warmly and create an elevated spa experience from arrival to departure
Learn each guests goals and guide them toward the best next step in their wellness journey
Educate guests on the benefits of Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and Massage
