Behind every deeply relaxing Float, Sauna, or Massage experience is a Spa Attendant who ensures the space is calm, clean, and perfectly prepared — every time.

About the Role
Spa Attendants are the backbone of the spa. You'll support Float, Infrared Sauna, and Massage services by keeping rooms reset, supplies stocked, and the space flowing smoothly. This is a fast-paced, back-of-house role with light guest interaction — efficiency and consistency are key.
What You'll Be Doing

  • Reset Float and Infrared Sauna rooms efficiently between guests
  • Maintain a clean, organized spa environment and manage laundry
  • Restock towels, robes, and amenities throughout your shift
  • Monitor and log Float pool water levels (training provided)
  • Support Massage Therapists with room setup and enhancements
  • Track inventory and assist with stock organization
  • Communicate with Front Desk to keep guest flow smooth
  • Maintain a calm, quiet presence that protects the guest experience

  • Comfortable working in warm environments (sauna areas)
