About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Assistant Spa Manager to join our team and help lead the team in a professional, service-oriented environment. This role assists in driving sales performance, coaching team members, and maintaining efficient front and back-of-house operations. The Assistant Spa Manager plays a key role in ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, contributing to a positive experience for both clients and staff. This position partners closely with the Spa Manager to achieve location goals and uphold company standards. 


What You’ll Do

  • Support membership growth by assisting with sales conversations and helping overcome client objections. 
  • Responsible for retention of active member base 
  • Assist in executing initiatives that contribute to revenue growth and overall business success. 
  • Support achievement of key spa performance metrics, including sales, client retention, rebooking, and retail performance. 
  • Review business data and share insights to support informed decision-making. 
  • Demonstrate sound judgment while working independently and collaboratively with management. 
  • Help coordinate daily spa operations to ensure efficiency and a positive client experience. 
  • Assist in organizing staff schedules to maintain coverage and enhance productivity. 
  • Responsible for a clean, well-organized, and tranquil spa environment. 
  • Ensure proper completion of opening and closing procedures and assign side work as needed to support spa operations. 
  • Ensure proper inventory controls daily to ensure product availability and proper stock levels. 
  • Aid in resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction. 
  • Help ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant regulations. 
  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to team members in alignment with company standards. 
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly trainings. 
  • Collaborate with the Spa Manager to motivate staff and maintain a positive, high-performing team culture.


What We’re Looking For

  • 18 years old or older 
  • 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role preferred 
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent 
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
