Job description

As a Spa Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and serene environment for our spa guests.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure the spa facilities are pristine and well-stocked, contributing to an exceptional spa experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance:
    • Clean and sanitize spa facilities, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, relaxation areas,fitness center and restrooms.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of supply closets and storage areas.
    • Restock supplies as needed, including towels, robes, linens, and toiletries.
    • Assist with laundry duties, ensuring spa linens are clean and properly folded.
  • Guest Service:
    • Greet guests warmly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
    • Anticipate guest needs and address any concerns promptly.
    • Assist guests with inquiries and requests, such as locker usage, towel service, and product recommendations.
  • Logistics:
    • Ensure smooth transitions between treatments by preparing rooms and restocking supplies.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Assist with retail sales of spa products.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Spa Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a spa or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
