NEPA Community Health Care is seeking a friendly and organized Clinical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our healthcare team! Hours associated with this position are four 10-hr shifts.

Essential Functions
The Clinical Receptionist coordinates patient and provider schedules as well as bookkeeping, file management and office organization. This professional has a well-developed understanding of the revenue cycle and can multi-task efficiently while creating a welcoming environment for patients by exemplifying a patient-centered service demeanor.

Position Requirements
Strong foundation of customer service required
1 year of experience in outpatient medical setting preferred
Experience working with electronic medical records preferred
Familiarity working in primary care and behavioral health is highly recommended
Good interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills
Adept at problem-solving
