Customer Service Representative

Main Street Bank is seeking a new full-time Customer Service Representative for our Lodi market! This role will primarily be based in our Lodi Office branch but will have the potential to float to our Rittman or Creston branches occasionally as well. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Retail banking experience as a teller or customer service representative.
  • Bonus if you have been a vault teller, have experience opening and closing accounts, IRA experience, and understand HSAs!
  • Super bonus if you have experience with consumer lending or have been a Universal Banker!
  • A great customer service philosophy! We will want to hear about it!
  • Curiosity. Always wanting to learn, grow, and develop is a MUST.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • MUST be able to pass a background and credit check!
  • MUST have cash handling experience.
  • Saturday mornings on a regular rotation is a MUST!
