Job description

Role Overview
The Fulfillment Supervisor directs workflow and oversees warehouse associates to ensure productivity, efficiency, and accuracy. You'll ensure compliance with policies, coach employees, supervise receipt and shipping of merchandise, maintain records, resolve customer issues and ensure high-quality packing for customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will:
  • Direct, motivate, and monitor the performance of warehouse associates
  • Suggest and implement modifications to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, safety rules and DEA regulations
  • Coach employees for their professional development
  • Supervise the receipt of merchandise and maintain accurate daily logs
  • Oversee staff in counting, weighing, and verifying items against relevant documents
  • Manage the filling and shipping of controlled substances with clerks' assistance
  • Maintain detailed records of the delivery process and order-filling procedures
  • Ensure quality packing of items to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Interact with customers to resolve delivery or order issues as needed
  • Work in a dynamic warehouse environment with heavy equipment
  • Assist in other areas as needed by the Operations leadership team

  • 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience preferred; knowledgeable of warehouse operations
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills as a leader
