Job description

Party Savvy is hiring energetic and dependable individuals for a seasonal opportunity supporting our delivery, tent installation, and warehouse teams. This is a hands-on, active role ideal for individuals seeking summer work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In this role, you will help load and unload event rental equipment, assist with setup and teardown at client venues, and install tents and other event equipment, including staging, lighting, dance floors, tables, and chairs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean, prep, and maintain rental equipment, delivery vehicles, warehouse, and grounds.

Provide professional customer service during deliveries, setups, and pickups.

Assist with tent installation and removal.

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

Set up and tear down event equipment according to company standards.

Perform quality control checks before and after events.

Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, warehouse, and work areas.

Operate carts, dollies, pallet jacks, and related equipment.

Follow all safety procedures and operational standards.

Uphold the company's Core Values: Consistency, Adaptability, Reliability, and Teamwork (CART).

Perform additional duties as required.

Work Conditions:

Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Early mornings, evenings, and weekends may be required.

Frequent bending, lifting, and physical movement.

Regularly lift 25–50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

Prioritize safety when operating potentially hazardous equipment, with appropriate safety measures in place

Schedule and Compensation:

Flexible shifts available.

Shifts may run 4, 8, or 12 hours depending on event needs.

Monday through Friday and weekends as required.

Overtime may be available during peak season.

Pay Range: $13–$16 per hour depending on experience, shift, and market.

Seasonal Position: Peak season runs April through October. Strong performers may be considered for year-round employment based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old.

Proficiency in English.

Basic math skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move repetitively for extended periods.

Willingness to be cross trained in other departments.

Must pass background check and limited drug screening.

Completion of Behavioral and Cognitive Assessments through the Predictive Index.
