As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting compassionate, ethical individual counseling sessions through video chat to address client needs.
• Implementing solution-focused treatment modalities to guide clients toward improved mental health.
• Developing comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that consider each client’s unique circumstances and preferences.
• Facilitating client self-discovery by helping them gain insight into their feelings, experiences, and relationships.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults presenting diverse mental health challenges. To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of one of the following fully independent licenses: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
• No disciplinary actions on your license, and possession of only an active, unrestricted license.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a nurturing demeanor.
• Proficient computer literacy to utilize our platforms effectively.

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with experience in virtual therapy settings or those who have previously worked with low-acuity adult populations. Additionally, familiarity with solution-focused methodologies will be beneficial.

The position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000, depending on hours worked and client load. Additional benefits include:
