Job Summary CityGreen Services is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support to our clients through our live chat platform. As a representative of our company, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers are satisfied with our services and have a positive experience with our brand.

Pay: $31 - $34 per hour Key Responsibilities Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and complaints through our live chat platform Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our services, policies, and procedures Collaborate with different departments within the company to expedite and resolve complex customer issues Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and take necessary steps to follow up and resolve any outstanding concerns Generate and maintain reports on customer feedback, inquiries, and issues for management review Continuously stay updated on company products, services, and policies in order to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and make recommendations to management Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college-level courses preferred 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations Familiarity with landscaping or sustainable services is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Professional development and training opportunities Fun and collaborative work environment CityGreen Services is an equal opportunity employer.
