Job description

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES is seeking a Property Manager for 5 properties located in Hawthorne, totaling 109 units. includes a free 1-bedroom apartment. All properties are located within a few miles of each other. Improve your work-life balance by reducing your travel time to and from work. Opportunity for advancement. Online and in-person training.

Compensation Includes:

  • $24.00-$27.00 per hour
  • Free -1 Bedroom Apartment
  • $300.00 per month auto allowance
  • $25.00 monthly cell allowance

Job Requirements Include:

  • A minimum of 3 plus years of conventional multifamily property management experience
  • Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list
  • Conduct unit inspections, Property inspections, and upkeep
  • Service of notes and all aspects of day-to-day management
  • Market, conduct tours, and lease apartments
  • Conduct competitive market rent analysis reporting

Job Requirements Include:

  • Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff & vendors.
  • Proven ability to market and lease apartments.
  • Must live on-site.
  • One weekend is required and must be available for on-call as needed.
  • Valid Driver's License and Evidence of Auto Insurance will be needed.
  • A background, DMV, and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of our application process.
