What You'll Do
As the Assistant Property Manager, you'll help ensure the community operates efficiently while delivering an outstanding resident experience and supporting occupancy goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with prospective residents and leasing inquiries
  • Conduct apartment tours and assist with the leasing process
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
  • Support resident retention initiatives and renewal efforts
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and resident work orders
  • Maintain organized resident files and property documentation
  • Assist the Property Manager with daily community operations
  • Help achieve occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance goals
  • Foster a welcoming, professional, and engaging community atmosphere

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year of multifamily housing or property management experience
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
  • Leasing and sales experience
  • Experience with Yardi property management software
  • Basic understanding of property financials and budgeting
