Key Responsibilities:

  • 12+ years of technology experience including 6+ years of experience as Developer and 6+ years of experience as Java Architect at onsite
  • Good deep knowledge on Java latest versions, J2EE, JSF, SPRING, HIBERNATE, JPA, WEBSERVICE(SOAP, REST)
  • Should be able to provide the architecture designs
  • Quickly grasp knowledge on applications developed using J2EE, JSF, EJB, Web Services
  • Exhibit strong technical, problem analyzing and solving skills
  • Single point of contact person at onshore to work with client business, IT stakeholders and execute the delivery with the help of offshore team
  • Demonstration of leadership execution and drive project execution along with support groups like technology migration and infrastructure changes
  • Exhibit thought partnership on wide variety of topics, including trends in insurance and IT industry
  • Flexible to work in extended working hours based on business need

To implement Agile / LEAN / Kanban as per the business need
