Job description

Join our dynamic team and take on a key role in supporting our attorneys and clients while helping drive the overall success of our practice. Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with 230+ attorneys in 10 offices, is seeking a Probate Paralegal to join our busy Estates & Trusts team resident in our Palm Beach office. In this role, you will provide critical support to our attorneys and help deliver efficient, cost-effective representation to our clients. Your work will focus primarily on Probate Court matters, including all aspects of estate and trust administration. Assist attorneys in all phases of estate and trust administration, from opening the estate through final distribution. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to meet deadlines and focus on details. An associate's degree in paralegal studies or bachelor's degree in business, liberal arts, or some other closely related field, with a minimum of three years in a paralegal role.
Hodgson Russ offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life, long term disability, flexible spending, 401(k), Paid Time Off, pension plan, and more. At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position, if the successful applicant is based in Palm Beach is $65,000 to $95,000. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience and skill level.
