We are looking for an experienced Consumer Rights Paralegal who understands the fast-paced nature of consumer litigation and enjoys speaking with clients, investigating claims, and preparing high-quality draft complaints for attorney review.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
• Conduct detailed interviews with potential clients
• Review documents, credit reports, collection letters, and account histories
• Identify potential violations under consumer protection laws
• Draft complaints and supporting documents for attorney review
• Communicate with clients regarding case updates and needed documentation
• Organize and maintain electronic case files in our case management system
• Assist attorneys with litigation support and case preparation
Qualifications
Preferred Experience
• Prior experience handling consumer rights matters involving: Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA); Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA); and Unfair and Deceptive Business Practices claims
• Experience drafting complaints and legal documents
• Strong interviewing and client communication skills
• Ability to work independently while managing a high-volume caseload
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable learning and using legal technology and AI tools
