Base salary only for previous high-performing producers. Other opportunities are available on a commission-only basis. The typical Insurance Producer earns between $60,000 and $90,000, High performers as much as $250,000.

RequirementsValid Michigan Property & Casualty License (Required)
Proven success in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering solutions.
Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
A genuine desire to help people protect their assets and futures.
