Job description

Build an Agency. Not Just a Career.

Have you ever dreamed of owning an insurance agency but weren't sure where to start?

The Agency Incubator is an 18-month ownership accelerator created for experienced insurance professionals who want to transition from producer to agency owner.

Instead of spending years building systems, hiring staff, purchasing technology, and figuring everything out through trial and error, you'll plug into an established platform while learning how to build an agency the right way.

During the program, you focus on growing your book of business while our team provides the service support, systems, technology, operational guidance, and mentorship that most new agency owners spend years trying to build.

This is not insurance school.
