  • Publish and distribute content across digital channels including the company website/blog, LinkedIn, email, and internal platforms - ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and proper formatting
  • Support the organization, tagging, and maintenance of content within Seismic and other sales enablement or content management platforms, ensuring assets are current, findable, and correctly categorized
  • Coordinate content review and approval workflows with internal stakeholders including Product Marketing, Communications, and Legal as needed
  • Track and report on content performance metrics - including page views, engagement, email open rates, and content usage in Seismic - and surface insights to the Sr. Manager
  • Support event content needs including pre-event social content, on-site materials coordination, and post-event recap content
  • Conduct research to support thought leadership content development - including industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights
  • Actively use AI tools to accelerate drafting, editing, content repurposing, and research tasks - helping the team scale content production efficiently
  • Assist with the management of freelance contributor submissions - coordinating edits, formatting, and publishing logistics
  • Maintain content libraries, asset folders, and editorial archives to ensure the team's content is organized and accessible
