Job description

We are looking for candidates with proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle and at least three years' experience in education or sales for a fast-paced, technology-driven business. We are looking for the right person with a great sales approach, personable, and the ability to present what each customer needs with great care through the project as well as the aftercare. Our customers are customers for life and we treat them as such. The ideal candidate will bring their corporate market contacts and stellar sales skills to meet and exceed sales goals and will be rewarded with a mutually beneficial compensation package that will grow along with your sales.


Essential Duties:

  • Responsible for working with some existing as well as new customers introducing audio visual product solutions and working with districts from concept phase through revenue recognition
  • Responsible for customer site visits, quoting, and follow ups
  • Ability to handle day-to-day activities including account management, and closing new opportunities, and after sales care/support
  • Sales will be conducted by email, phone, virtual, prospecting, and in-person meetings, lead generation, sales, customer service, sales operations
  • This role is primarily located in Oxford, CT, but requires customer site visits for helping clients create their vision as well as to generate interest and sales
  • Working with educators, municipalities, and corporate customers with A/V.
  • Skills and a desire to work in a team environment with individual goals and objectives
  • Working knowledge of audio-visual products and software and/or the ability to learn new a/v solutions as they are introduced is required.
  • You must have the ability to present in front of both individuals and large groups with the confidence and knowledge of both hardware and software as presentation tools.
