A Flexible Child Assessment is an evaluation process designed to assess a child's developmental, educational, or behavioral needs in a way that adapts to the unique circumstances of each child. This approach allows professionals to use a variety of assessment tools and strategies, taking into account the child's strengths, challenges, and environment. The goal is to create a comprehensive understanding of the child's abilities and needs, which can inform individualized support or intervention plans.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a flexible child assessor, and why are they important?

Familiarity with standardized assessment tools, data entry systems, and reporting software is typically required.
