About the Role:
Join our nurturing team at The Goddard School of East Cobb/Marietta as a Toddler Assistant Teacher! In this rewarding position, you will help shape young minds while fostering a love for learning in a safe and engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans.
  • Engage toddlers in interactive activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Provide a safe and clean environment for children to explore and learn.
  • Support daily routines including meals, nap time, and transitions.
  • Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and well-being.
  • Maintain classroom organization and prepare materials for activities.
  • Observe and document children's development and behavior.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
