**Job Title: Lead Teacher for Infants to 3-Year-Olds**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team focused on infants to 3-year-olds. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment that supports the growth and development of our youngest learners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development.
- Establish a safe and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child, recognizing their unique needs and developmental stages.
- Monitor and document each child's progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's development.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom that complies with health and safety regulations.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with early childhood education practices and trends.

**Qualifications:**

- A degree in Early Childhood Education, (not required but preferred) Child Development, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience working with infants to 3-year-olds in a licensed childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
