ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Pam Damewood-Davis, State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. This hybrid role involves managing existing client relationships while actively promoting client-based needs for insurance and financial services products.  You will be an essential part of our team, helping clients with their auto, home, life insurance, and investment needs.  You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Hybrid service and sales 
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
  • Collaborate with team members during regular meetings (lunch provided by agent).
  • Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in insurance sales or account management preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage daily service and sales activities.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
  • Must obtain required insurance licenses (training/support provided).
