Job Description
CustomShow, the leading provider of enterprise-class presentation software, is seeking an experienced Flex/Java developer in development of a next-generation presentation application.
You will be working on a small team building a sophisticated application utilizing rich media, content management, and real-time collaboration capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in Java server technologies (Spring/Hibernate), real-time messaging and collaboration tools and frameworks, streaming media protocols, UI development in Flex/Air and a working knowledge of MVC concepts.
Tasks to be performed involve real-time collaboration, offline data synchronization, systems integration, content and user management, application UI in Flex/Air, content generation and editing, animation and visual effects, video streaming and mixing.
Qualifications
Full-lifecycle software development
Experience with enterprise-level software architecture 
Expert with Java server technologies (Tomcat/Spring/Hibernate)
Experience with LiveCycle Data Services (LCDS) or similar framework
Experience with PureMVC or similar framework
Experience with Apache Flex
Experience with Streaming Media
Working Knowledge of FlexBuilder / SVN / ANT
