Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will:

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the emotional and psychological needs of clients, tailoring treatment plans according to their unique circumstances.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to provide targeted, individualized treatment effectively.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that client records are kept secure and confidential.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and coordinate comprehensive care plans.
• Participate in regular peer review meetings and case consultations to enhance clinical practice and improve the quality of patient care.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, available resources, and effective coping strategies to foster engagement in their treatment.
• Continuously update your professional knowledge by staying informed about the latest research trends and best practices in mental health and psychotherapy.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical environment providing psychotherapy services, demonstrating competence in therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
