Flex Schedule Moonlighting Programming refers to taking on programming or software development work outside of one’s primary job, usually during evenings or weekends, and with a flexible schedule. This allows professionals to earn extra income or gain experience while managing their main responsibilities. Flexibility in hours and project selection makes this type of arrangement attractive for individuals seeking work-life balance or supplemental income.
