Our Bedside Flex RN Program combines the stability and benefits of a hospital RN position with the convenience of block scheduling. Group your shifts together, reduce your commute, and, for eligible team members, take advantage of Parkview's hotel accommodation program during your scheduled work block.

Choose the schedule that works best for you:

  • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday | 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  • Saturday, Sunday, Monday | 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Requires a Diploma in nursing or an ASN/BSN
  • Must have RN experience in the ICU or Med/Surg.
  • Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license required. CPR certification.
  • Additional certifications may be required for specified areas.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds. (Lifting requirements may be heavier for specified departments.) Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
