• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health screenings, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy tailored to the individual needs of clients.
• Deliver point-of-care services as needed, ensuring immediate support and intervention during therapy sessions.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for a varied patient demographic, including both children and adults, employing appropriate therapeutic techniques.
• Provide effective crisis intervention, utilizing your clinical judgment to manage urgent emotional or psychological situations.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all patient interactions and documentation meet established privacy standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team meetings to enhance service delivery and share best practices.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Range Of Motion Counselling Center, you will engage with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Your role will be critical in supporting individuals managing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other psychological concerns. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships while fostering resilience and positive coping strategies.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid Colorado State Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential is required.
• A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in providing counseling and therapy services.
• Proficient in identifying psychosocial factors that affect patients’ health and well-being, contributing to tailored treatment plans.
• Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team setting.

• Experience with teletherapy or online counseling is preferred.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.
• Background in working with underserved populations or specific demographic groups.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a robust benefits package.
